Baseline health testing

Test what matters

We provide at-home annual health assessments that include key 25+ biomarkers

Baseline Health Screening gives you a clear snapshot of your overall health, key risk markers, and important hormones — all from the comfort of your home or office.

Whether you feel healthy, have symptoms you want to understand, or simply want a better picture of what is happening inside your body, this panel is designed to help identify early warning signs and establish a useful benchmark for the future.

Why get a baseline screen

Many health issues develop gradually. Cholesterol changes, blood sugar problems, thyroid dysfunction, low iron, inflammation, and hormone shifts may not cause obvious symptoms at first. By the time symptoms appear, the underlying pattern may have been building for years.

A baseline screen helps you move from guessing to knowing. It can help you understand your current health, identify areas to improve, and track changes over time.

lab testing and hormone therapy

This panel is ideal if you want to:

• Establish a personal health baseline
• Monitor long-term health trends
• Better understand fatigue, weight changes, sleep disruption, or low energy
• Check cardiovascular and metabolic risk markers
• Review key hormones and thyroid function
• Take a more proactive approach to prevention

What this panel checks

The Baseline Health Screening panel looks across several major systems in the body, giving a more complete picture of your overall health.

  • Your panel includes a full lipid panel, including total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, non-HDL cholesterol, and triglycerides. It also includes Apolipoprotein B, often called ApoB, which helps assess the number of cholesterol-carrying particles associated with cardiovascular risk.

Together, these markers help identify whether your cholesterol profile may be increasing your long-term risk of heart disease.

    Included markers: Lipid Panel, ApoB

  • Hemoglobin A1c provides an estimate of your average blood sugar over the past few months. This can help identify patterns related to insulin resistance, prediabetes, diabetes risk, and metabolic health.

Metabolic health is closely connected to energy, weight, cardiovascular risk, inflammation, and long-term wellness.

    Included marker: Hemoglobin A1c

  • This panel includes markers that help assess liver function, kidney function, and your blood cells. These tests can help identify inflammation, anemia, infection patterns, platelet changes, liver stress, or reduced kidney filtration.

They are commonly used as part of a broad health screen because they provide important information about how the body is functioning day to day.

Included markers: ALT, GGT, Creatinine with estimated GFR, CBC and Differential

  • Low iron or B12 can contribute to fatigue, weakness, brain fog, low mood, hair shedding, restless legs, and reduced exercise tolerance. High iron can also be clinically important.

This section of the panel helps identify whether nutrient status may be affecting how you feel.

Included markers: Ferritin, Iron, Vitamin B12

  • Your thyroid helps regulate metabolism, energy, temperature, mood, digestion, and weight. This panel includes a more complete thyroid view than TSH alone by also checking free T3 and free T4.

That can help show whether thyroid hormone production and conversion appear balanced.

Included markers: TSH, Free T3, Free T4

  • Hormones influence energy, sleep, mood, libido, menstrual health, muscle, metabolism, and stress response. This panel includes key sex hormones and adrenal-related markers for both men and women, with PSA included for men.

The goal is not to diagnose based on one number alone, but to understand whether hormone patterns may be contributing to how you feel.

Included markers: Cortisol, DHEA-S, Estradiol, Progesterone, FSH, LH, Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, PSA for men only

  • For eligible adults aged 50 to 74, the panel includes a fecal immunochemical test, or FIT. This is a stool-based screening test used to help detect hidden blood in the stool, which may be an early sign of colorectal cancer or other bowel conditions.

    Included marker: FIT, ages 50–74
